I was initially brought on to Liberty Travel to join a small team tasked with the digital transformation of Liberty Travel and the miriad of travel brands under the Liberty umbrella.
My job was to overhaul the UX for the main brand’s digital experience. This role grew to contributing to the redesigns of TopDeck, a UK based student tour company as well as leading user research interviews for their corporate travel subsidiary, FCM.
In addition to my UX / design roles, I had the pleasure of educating key stakeholders and design teams on UX best practices, the principles of design thinking and design sprints.
